Headshot for Brandy Schnerch

Brandy Schnerch is making her first appearance with Merlyn Productions, and is excited to be part of such an amazing team for the Winnipeg Fringe Festival!

Brandy’s passion for theatre started as a child, and she was taking lessons at Manitoba Theatre for Young People by the age of 10. She continued developing her skills in acting and musical theatre at Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Secondary School and the University of Winnipeg, and has also taken courses at Selkirk Evolution Dance Studio and Winnipeg Studio Theatre.

Brandy has participated in many school plays – including “Beauty and the Beast”, “Our Town”, and “The Odd Couple” – and also took part in Boo at the Zoo as a scare actor and flash mob dancer.

Off-stage, Brandy is continuing her education in order to become a certified canine and feline Behaviourist: her dream come true.

She sends a big shout-out to her amazing family and friends for always supporting her every step of the way through her life!
